I have a 10 foot square (10'x10') walk-in aviary with opaque plastic roof. It's in great condition. It's made of 1" square black powder coated steel tubing - very sturdy - with black plastic coated wire mesh 1" x 1/2" square. The roof slopes down to allow rain run off from 8.5 feet high at one end to 8 feet at the other end. The aviary measures 10'x10' exterior and is divided inside into two parts: an indoor/shelter area that is 4'x10' and an outdoor part which is 6'x10'. The indoors is insulated and clad in metal sheeting inside, and keeps to 40F in winter - sometimes with the assistance of a small space heater (can be included). There is a working door between in the shelter and outdoor portion. I leave it open in summer to ventilate. There are two fly holes in the dividing wall and a floor gap for ground dwelling birds such as chickens/pheasants to come and go between in and out portions. Fly holes are closable with a metal slide. The outdoor part is 6'x10' and is covered from rain but open to the air. Automated watering system provides continuous supply of fresh water. The exterior of the shelter portion is clad in wood siding and makes an attractive presentation. The shelter portion also has three windows which open and close to provide ventilation in hot weather and can be closed in winter. Windows are covered in wire to prevent escapes. The aviary has a double-entry door to prevent escapes. This is the perfect aviary/cage/chicken coop for a hobbyist breeder of finches, parrots, macaws, cockatoos, parakeets, chickens, pheasants, monkeys, exotic animals, coatis or whatever - it's really sturdy and has withstood the worst weather. can include nest boxes if desired. Cost was $10,000 to build, asking $3,000. Buyer will need to disassemble and move the aviary. It comes apart easily with simple tools and can be reassembled in your location in less than a day.
